At Atlas Copco, we are committed to sustainable productivity and as a part of this we actively listen to our customers in the spirit of continuous improvement.

One way that we listen to customers around the world is through a formal survey procedure that also helps us to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. By understanding customer perceptions we can learn how to serve customers better in the future.

Surveys are sent to customers via an email invitation with a link to a brief questionnaire related to the customer’s relationship and experience with Atlas Copco. The completed surveys are then reviewed very seriously and action is taken as we strive to build lasting business relationships ensuring sustainable productivity to our customers.
