Atlas Copco China - Daming Yang
Graduated from the School of Power Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology (formerly Wuhan University of Transportation Science and Engineering) and joined Atlas Copco 5 years later. Now I am working as the Business Line Manager for after sales in Construction Technique Business Area.

In Atlas Copco, the most attractive aspect is growth. Each employee has the opportunity to grow with the Group. Growth also means change and inheritance, which are reflected sufficiently in our 140-year history.

For both managers and employees, dedication is a basic requirement. Learning ability and adaptability are necessary to make progress. Besides, managers must have the capability to lead the change.

My strongest support comes from my team, associated teams, and of course, my superior. I am lucky because I have been working in powerful teams in each stage of my career, and always had a superior to help me grow. The greatest satisfaction comes from the recognition of my team members. I love sports, such as football, formula racing, jogging, to maintain vitality. I do not have a motto or belief. I just tell myself to keep a young heart.

To reach a goal when doing something, this is success.
My suggestion is to face the challenge with courage and assume responsibility from the start. The person with the stronger sense of responsibility will have more resources. Keep your feet on the ground and effectively use your resources, you will get success when your chances come.

Now I am focusing on the combination of the service teams from Shanghai trading company and Dynapac, to form a new team which shares the same culture, and at the same time, forms a part of the new regional sales structure. This is to reach our goal of profit growth accelerator (PGA). In long term, I hope each member, including myself, will have a remarkable development.
