My name is Li Tong, and my colleagues call me Tracy. After I joined Atlas Copco Wuxi Compressor in July, 1997, I had taken on several roles within supply chain. In October, 2004, I was transferred to China Logistic Centre in Shanghai and worked there as a logistic manager for 8 years. My mission was to work with my colleagues to provide solid and reliable logistic support to ensure the growth of the regional business, especially the after sales business. In October 2012, I went back to Wuxi to be the General Manager of Wuxi Pneumatech Air/Gas Purification Equipment Co., Ltd.. Since February, 2014, I have assumed a new position of General Production Manager in Wuxi Pneumatech Air/Gas Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. and WuXi ShengDa Air/Gas Purification Equipment Co., Ltd..

Ever since I joined Atlas Copco Group in 1997, I have been engaged in various positions in production, sales and logistics, and made contribution to the successful operation of the Group in China. Meanwhile, I have developed myself and gained significant experience, which allow me to have better understanding of the business processes and working methods, and perform team co-operation and interaction more effectively.

I will never forget the guidance and assistance given by my mentors in my professional career. They helped me to promote self-recognition and encourage me to set higher goals and standards.
I think the most attractive thing in Atlas Copco is to give learning and development opportunities and space, and encourage employees to be self-motivated and challenge themselves. As a manager, he/she should be upright, fair-minded, with strong sense of responsibility and mission. And as an employee, he/she should be diligent and honest.

Trust and co-operation from my team and encouragement from my family provide the strongest supports. The greatest sense of satisfaction comes from the individual and collective development when addressing challenges. I am also very happy to see the talented and ambitious young people develop in our group.

I enjoy staying with my family and friends in my spare time, and cooking for them.Before 40, my motto was “Human effort can achieve everything”. Now I believe that “Happiness lies in gratitude and contentment”.

At present, my mission is to integrate two companies which manufacture air/gas purification equipment with various brands into a regional production base for China or even Asia market, and to provide innovative air/gas purification products for the whole group. It is a very challenging task, yet the sense of mission will push my team to do our utmost and to make every effort. I believe that we will make necessary and positive change, and I surly will continue to make contribution to Atlas Copco and repay the society in our current and future work……
