Key member of the Global Network Operatoins leadership team, leading a team of Support Engineers located across the globe and reporting to the Global Network Operations Manager.
Development and improvement of IT Operations service delivery with focus on Continous service lifecycle improvement, efficiency and cost.
Focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards.
Responsible for day to day operations and support of the network services.
Support the deployment of new services locally, regionally and worldwide through structured support, development and change management processes
Manage 2nd Level support to the Service Desk, IT Customer Support Organization and customers through the use of the ITIL methodology for IT Service Management (including incident, problem, change, capacity management processes) and and producing metrics on the network’s performance.
Assist in developing overall capabilities of the service team including targets, structure, skill sets, roles, people development, prioritization, one person dependencies etc.
Monitor service delivery and KPIs for Network Operations - Support Team
Accountable for the service deliveryand support as well as for the financial results in the area of local (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) services such as e.g. physical site connection, Internet access, remote access, IP telephony, VoIP and transport mechanisms for application like Citrix or Terminal Services.
Comfortable maintaining critical infrastructure and should be readily able to communicate with customer and peer organizations regarding maintenance needs, platform capabilities and service degradations
Implement IT Operations service strategies, roadmaps.
Partner with other service teams and third party vendors, sometimes in close cooperation with Strategic Sourcing or Purchasing teams.

General Function & Key Objectives:

This position is responsible for routine maintenance on road construction machines (rollers,pavers, planers and vibroplates) and other related construction equipment at Atlas Copco CRS Center and customer locations. Includes completion of all relevant paperwork and reporting functions. Dedication to continual product improvement by communicating through the ACCE distribution network, company owned stores, and the Product Companies.

Provide high quality communication, technical support and customer assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform routine, preventive maintenance and repairs onroad construction machines in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
Perform diagnostics on road construction machines, determine possible causes, and perform repairs.
Test and document proper operating parameters.
Provide basic tools for job along with normal maintenance of tools and equipment.
Provide high level of customer service.
Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
Train and assist other service technicians.
Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times.To facilitate growth of Atlas Copco’s Aftermarket through a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality technical and spare parts support to all Atlas Copco Construction Equipment customers.

Communication Responsibilities:
Communicate all relevant product, technical service and training activities and work together to sustain the product integrity.
Prepare necessary information as requested whether routine or for special occasions.
Always be courteous and professional in all communications.

Training & Skill Development:
Participate in company planned training as required.
Make known and seek out training for areas of perceived weakness.
Maintain an open mind when working with co-workers or supervisors to learn new approaches.
