Atlas Copco's Mining and Rock Excavation Products Brightened bauma China 2014
During November 25-28, 2014, the International Trade Fair bauma China 2014, the most influential event in the global engineering machinery, was held in the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Atlas Copco participated in the expo with the world-leading mining and rock excavation products and offered a splendid product visual feast and the fresh exciting experience for all the visitors.
The booth area of Atlas Copco in the bauma China 2014 reached approx. 900㎡ and the exhibits covered the latest achievement of Atlas Copco in the fields of underground rock excavation, surface drilling and infrastructural facilities. To be specific, the main exhibits included the Underground mining equipment such as Boomer XL 3D , Scaletec UV1, Boltec S , and the surface-mining drill rigs, such as PowerROC D55, PowerROC T50, and DM30II , etc. Meanwhile, the world-leading rock drilling tools and service products also exhibited on this Fair. The Atlas Copco 3D Meyco concrete spraying simulator and FlexiROC T Series drilling rigs simulator were two bright points of Atlas Copco booth, which fully interacted with the visitors with their advanced technology on the spot.
On November 26, the PowerROC T50 new product release press conference was held during bauma expo. That announced Atlas Copco officially launched the new top hammer drill rig to world market. PowerROC T50 top hammer drill rig was developed by the cooperation between Atlas Copco's Sweden and Nanjing R&D Teams. PowerROC T50 is a mature machine with a lot of advantage such as strong power, stable performance, energy efficiency and environmental oriented, which could be used in limestone mine, cement mine, quarry and open pit mines

It shows that we are not only capable of serving our customers here in China, but that we can also develop and produce new products here for our customers around the world, and that opens up a whole new area of future possibilities." It was the first time for the Atlas Copco's MEYCO concrete spraying simulator to show its amazing technology advantage and the whole process of concrete spraying through the 3D technology before the Chinese visitors. With the unique technical superiority, the Atlas Copco's MEYCO concrete spraying equipment has been hailed as the industry standard for concrete wet blasting trolley used for large buildings and tunnel construction.
