Fire at Atlas Copco Tools Shanghai Office


February 2, 2010: On Tuesday afternoon fire broke out in one of the buildings at Atlas Copco Tools Shanghai Office at 46 Caojian Road in the Minhang district.

Thanks to quick actions of our staff we manage to evacuate everybody from the office in good order. Nobody injured during the incident. Even the fire destroied the office area, Business critical infrastructures were not affected and remain fully operational.While the full extent of the damage to the building has not yet been determined, We therefore have no difficulty in maintaining normal deliveries of standard products and services.
The staff have been relocated and are accessible as usual via their e-mail and cell phones.
