Atlas Copco Industrial Technique General Industry Wins Gold Supplier Award from XAIC

April, 2015 – Xi’an, China: Excelled among 16 competitors, Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Customer Center China General Industry won the 2014 Gold Supplier Award given by the International Airspace Parts Plant of Xi’an Aircraft International Corporation.

Xi’an Aircraft International Corporation (or XAIC) is a leading enterprise in China’s aviation industry because of its resources integration advantage as a listed company and its constantly enhanced core role in aviation manufacturing. Due to its advanced technology in the field and excellent product quality, XAIC has become the important strategic partner of many global well-known aircraft manufacturers, such as the U.S. Boeing, European Airbus, Italian Alenia, etc.

Atlas Copco is the only winner of the 2014 Gold Supplier Award granted by XAIC International Airspace Parts Plant. “This award represents the recognition from XAIC on our value-added products and services. It encourages us to continue to develop innovative solutions and provide sustainable productivity to our customers.” said Michael Jia, West Zone Manager.

The cooperation between General Industry of Atlas Copco and XAIC dates back to 2005.

Since supplier evaluation system was initiated by the International Airspace Parts Plant in 2012, Atlas Copco has won silver supplier awards consecutively in 2012 and 2013.
