Magnus Gyllo Won "Jinling Friendship Award" in Nanjing
Nanjing, China, April 26, 2012: Atlas Copco’s Magnus Gyllo receives award for outstanding contribution and dedication to the economic construction and social development of Nanjing.
Mr. Ji Jianye, Mayor of Nanjing Municipal People’s Government awarded the medal and a letter to Mr. Magnus Gyllo. In this letter, Mr. Ji Jianye further recognized to Mr. Gyllo’s enthusiasm in developing the cooperation and friendship between the two countries.
The Municipal People’s Government of Nanjing established “Jinling Friendship Award” in 2007 as the highest honor to foreign experts who have made outstanding contribution to the economic growth and social development of Nanjing. The evaluation work of the first “Jinling Friendship Award” launched in 2009. There are five categories including techniques, management, culture and education, technology in university and languages in university according to the specialized fields of the experts. After strict audit, seven experts selected out of 33 candidates win the second “Jinling Friendship Award”.
