On April 20th, a road show targeted on dimension stone industries held in Laizhou, Shandong Province.

Due to its rich resources, large variety and good quality of stone material, Shandong Province is one of the biggest provinces in China in terms of dimension stone business. As the first road show in Shandong, the event has received substantial support from Shandong Bangke Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., Atlas Copco area authorized distributor. More than twenty local mining customers were invited as special guests and discussed application of the efficient Rock Buggy hydraulic drill rigs in dimension stone mine.

Rock Buggy is tailor-made for marble, granite, sandstone quarries provide with compact frame and straight holes. It gives you a low total cost of ownership with its high drilling productiv¬ity, drilling speed up to 2 m/min, low fuel consumption and an efficient operation, that you can complement with the horizontal drilling option. Its hole diameter is between 22mm and 45mm.

During the live demonstration, the high-speed, straight drilling capability, flexible rotation and multi-angle operation of Rock Buggy have earned customer’s compliment. In the meantime, customers have gained more profound and intuitive understanding about safe and environmental friendly of Atlas Copco. The remote control allows a safe operation. Furthermore, the effective dust collector system grants a high suction capacity with a reduction of the noise level emission.
