First Order Awarded at Debut of Atlas Copco Rock Buggy
Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation Technique launched its Rock Buggy, a special drilling unit for the dimension stone industry, at bauma China in Shanghai from Nov. 27-30. This introduction represents its debut on the China market since Atlas Copco’s acquisition of Italian PerforaS.p.A. in early 2012.
Rock Buggy, gained overwhelming attraction at its first introduction and was delightedly awarded the first purchase order on Nov. 28. It is Yunfu Shitong Stone Co., Ltd. from Guangdong which favorably placed such order.
Mr. Cai Dongqing, General Manager of the company, spoke highly of and fully affirmed the excellent quality of Rock Buggy, and also believes that it would greatly increase his quarries’ exploitation capacity.
Rock Buggy is a hydraulic top hammer drill unit tailor-made for dimension stone industry. Featured in high productivity and wide coverage, it is suitable for vertical drilling and horizontal drilling on any sloped level and in any type of rock.
