The ranking list of Global Construction Machinery Manufacturers 2017 was released at the Global Construction Machinery Industry Conference 2017 & Top 50 Summit on September 19, in Beijing. This ranking is made by China Construction Machinery Magazine on the basis of the previous year sales of construction machinery companies, considering their operating profits, operating margins, average return on assets, number of employees.
In recent years, with the contraction and downward adjustment of global construction machinery market, safety and efficiency have become important matters for the development of mining industry. “There will be applied more integrated and collaborative operations to achieve autonomous mining in the future mines. This is a very exciting technical trends,” said Helena Hedblom, President for Atlas Copco Mining and Rock Excavation business area, at the themed speech of the Top 50 summit, “Atlas Copco has leading automation technologies for surface and underground mining, and will release higher energy efficiency products for market. In addition, our newly acquired Mobilaris software company will well ensure the automatic operation for our products.”
