Atlas Copco Ranks 217 of 2021 Hurun Global 500 and 96 of the Hurun Largest Foreign & HK/Macau/Taiwan Companies in China 2021
Nov. 18th, at Hurun Global 500 CEO Conference 2021 held in Shanghai, the Hurun Research Institute released the list of 100 Hunrun Largest Foreign & HongKong/Macau/Taiwan Companies in China 2021, in which Atlas Copco ranks 96. This is the first time Hurun Research Institute released the list and the ranking is based on the sales and number of employees in China.
On the list of 2021 Hurun Global 500 released on Aug. 20, 2021, Atlas Copco ranks 217. The 2021 Hurun Global 500 listed the 500 valuable non-state-controlled companies in the world, based on their value.
As a multi-national industrial group with a history of nearly 150 years, Atlas Copco insists on operating in a sustainable way, measuring success from three aspects: people, earth and profit, and sets a series of group goals based on six key areas - profit, employees, ethics, products and services, environment, safety and wellbeing, to create lasting value for all stakeholders.
Atlas Copco entered the China market in the 1920s. Today, Group's four business areas - Compressor Technique, Vacuum Technique, Industrial Technique and Power Technique are all present in the China market, providing customers with innovative products and service. In 2020, Atlas Copco China had more than 20 entities and around 6,000 employees.
