1. Drill the pilot hole

Pre-drill and ream holes manually, with precision, to prepare for later steps in the assembly process.

2. Secure temporary fastening

Assemble temporary fasteners that either puts two parts together or fixtures a jig.

3. Deliver the final hole

Drill the final holes according to a specific pattern with a handheld tool, ADU or via automated drilling. 

4. Control hole quality

Check the quality of the drilled hole with a bore gauge.

5. Fill the hole: tightening

Assemble the parts, putting the product together via screws and nuts.

6. Fill the hole: riveting

Assemble parts, putting the product together via solid rivet

7. Control the tightening quality

Checking the tools, checking the line, checking results.
