Electrical designer

Job description

• Produce new accurate electrical documentation;
• Modify and update existing electrical documentation;
• Meet project timelines;
• Investigate alternative components;
• Help reduce cost and production lead times;
• Creating and modifying electrical diagram with BOM and wiring;
• Creation of other documentation using MS Office software to support the manufacturing process such as bills of materials, wiring schedules and cutting lists;
• Ensure high-quality designs and drawings are produced to the relevant international and industry standard

Experience requirements

• Electrical Engineering qualification of HNC or higher is a plus;
• 2-4 years’ experience in an Engineering CAD Design role;
• Expert user in AutoCAD Electrical is essential;
• Experience specifically in using Autodesk Vault is a plus;
• Experience in a design and development environment is a plus;
• Experience with the chiller machines;
• General Training State-Regions Agreement;
• Specific Training High-Risk State-Regions Agreement;
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages;
• Proficiency in using Office suite, PCs/devices, and general applications;
• A good general technical knowledge;
• Knowledge See Electrical Expert / EPlan is a Plus
• Knowledge PLC – HMI functioning is aPlus
