Business Line Manager CTS Poland

As a Business Line Manager Compressor Technique Service Poland, your mission is to develp and grow Compressor Technique Service Poland's operations, aftermarket products and solutions, and technical support functions accross Poland to driveprofitable growth in accordance with divisional strategy and localtargets and objectives. You will report to General Manager Compressor Technique Poland and will be member of the local Management Team.

You have 5-8 years of experience, working as a Manager in a Customer Center in any of the divisions: Compressor Technique Service, Industrial Air, Oil-Free Air

• preferably engineering degree with strong bacground in sales and marketing, with proven commercial and business experience in B2B industrial environment
• ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market share
• strong drive to develop sustainable relationship with customers
• ability to embrace new ways and lead through a changing business and work environment
