The Role

1. Lay down a company seals policy , seal keeping.
2. Specifically responsible for the company's contract review, and daily stamp, contract document keeping.
3. Balance and optimize risks, gain greater commercial benefits and ensure company is protected.
4.Support Import and Export business compliance auditing and training.
5. Support to Organize and conduct proactive commercial risk control trainings and communication through in-person or web-based interactions; support other internal compliance programs;
6. Support Business Controller for organizing the establishment and improvement of commercial risk control management and risk management system, formulating compliance management implementation plans, and ensuring the commercial risk control and efficient operation of all businesses
7. Support Business Controller  for providing internal control advice on the daily operation, production and management activities of the company, and reminding relevant risks;
8. Support and due diligence of major projects; Overdue receivables collection, industrial and commercial change, qualification declaration and other related work.
9. Manage the Authorization Metrix - central coordination of Authorization Metrix updates, coordinate Authorization Metrix alignment testing performed by operational management.
10.Review of approver’s list in expense system and list of users in SAP,NPP etc. systems, Authorization Metrix vs Actual usage
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by Company.

What we expect of you? 

1.University degree and above with major in Management/Business/Internal control
2.Experience in audit, process control and design or Commercial Risk Control background.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, high level of integrity, ability to work well under pressure, quick learner, self-motivator, results-oriented, and a team player.
4. Strong analytical ability, understanding of commercial and business practices and environment.
5. English and Mandarin speaking/writing skills.
