Master Scheduler

The Role

• Generate and customize job specific SAP network schedules for Prime Equipment projects.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or produce new projected milestones resulting from missed project milestone dates.
• Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
• Correct SAP network issues.
• Lead milestone meetings for assigned projects and define scheduling needs based on the scope of the specific project and customer delivery dates.
• Attend regular project team meetings and monitor/report on engineering, sourcing and production progress.
• Track actual projects progress, including major engineering milestones for BOM and PR releases, procurement and production relevancy, fabricate projects progress report for customers.
• Support management, project teams, sourcing, engineering, production, and other internal customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
• Monitor overall and individual resource capacities and loading for core and package operations.
• Maintain master data, such as SAP Project/Network/WBS standards, production times, engineering durations, and supply chain lead times.
• Plan and schedule various project workloads. Forecast peak and bottle neck of workload and capacity.
• Track and analyze performance of delivery precision.

What we expect of you? 

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, etc.)
• Minimum of 0-5 years of project planning or supply chain experience or equivalent
• Detail oriented and organized, with basic communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to contribute ideas and solutions
• Ability to work with others and interact with a diverse work force
• Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles and practices
• Basic level of SAP project scheduling and/or SAP ERP experience preferred
• Computer savvy, including experience in Microsoft Office Suite (MS-project, excel and others)
