
Your Role
Research on employee motivates and needs, identify trend and design a pay philosophy with personalized offers to address the needs of multi-generation workforce.
Review and adjust when necessary the pay structure, benefit packages & reward programs to make sure they are aligned with company strategy and goals.
Conduct and implement HR internal audit to ensure comply with labor laws
Ensure the HR policies, practices are complied with relevant legislation.
Ensure the governance structure is in place, we follow The Way We Do Things.
Ensure we have the right market benchmark, we learn from market best practice, and we are clear on our market positioning.
Lead and implement the annual salary review
Together with business leaders and HR business partners review the job design and position evaluation.
Train people managers about reward philosophy and strategy, and labor law.
Follow up with employee engagement in relation to performance, evaluate the reward practices effectiveness, and drive a strong performance culture.
Ensure mission letter and performance management process are executed timely
Collect employee inputs for conflict of interest. Participate investigations of potential cases where necessary
Deliver various projects to improve employee experience
Deliver HR monthly report on time
Join the business leaders in recruitment, talent reviews, performance management…etc. as HR business partner of the business unit.
To succeed, you will need
You are passionate about developing a reward strategy, design for best employee experience, able to ideate, innovate and shape strategy balanced with the discipline to execute project plans with excellence.
You are a natural resourceful collaborator. We believe you have managed cross-functional business processes, experienced in change management projects will be a plus.
You are coming from compensation and benefit community, where organization psychology and data analyzing are critical to the success of the role. 8+ years of reward strategy and practices related working experience. You have rich experience in implementing rewards projects. Understanding of practices, methods and technologies in position design, job evaluation and pay structure design.
You have excellent communication skills in English and in Chinese.
You will ideally have a university degree in Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, Finance or relevant field.
