Your Role

Place and check orders following systemized approval and procedures

Manage and track order requests to internal & external vendors

Well maintain order requests in systems and follow up with internal/external vendors to fulfill on-time delivery

Communicate production progress with business partners in order to achieve commitment to customers

Support business units to fulfill revenue target, timely delivery and assigned managing targets

Provide order related analysis and operational suggestions

Advice in import/export logistic operations

To succeed, you will need  

More than 2 years’ experience of working in business organization (sales, marketing, customer service or logistics)

Knowledge of ERP (SAP) is essential

Familiar with SAP, PC literate such as Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint etc.

Knowledge with Microsoft Query, Power BI will be a plus.

Good English in reading and writing.

Good communication skills and a positive team player, quick learner.

Can work independently and under pressure.
