The regional distribution center (RDC) in Shanghai is serving three out of four business areas within the Atlas Copco group and is the main logistics center to distribute spare parts and tools within the Asia-Pacific region. Maximizing customers’ productivity and providing an excellent service every day is the continuous mission of this distribution center.
Customer Contact function:
- The main responsibility to this position is follow up customer center (mainly brand portfolio orders in RDC and all related issues to the orders.
- Contact with the customer centers, follow up the open orders, especially urgent or breakdown orders. Ensure the back order can be issued as soon as possible. And inform the updated status to internal customers in time.
- Answer the Myquest ticket & e-mail from the customer centers and give feedback to internal customers in time.
- Follow up the customer claim & return case and solve it to fulfill the customer requirement
- Represent China Service Center to accept all logistics inquiries and claims from internal customers. Aim to improve the satisfaction of internal customers.
- Pass the logistics requirement from internal customers to the corresponding teams in China Service Center and follow up the request to guarantee it is handled efficiently.
- As the member in the team, able to give the necessary training & instructions to other team members.
- Coordination the team leader to finish the tasks if any requirement
- Other tasks are required if needed
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or the same educational background
- Experience to the international trade & inspection is a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Excel), preferably with experience of using SAP.
- Good communicate skills and with strong responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
