Indirect Sourcing Engineer

Your role n   Deliver competitive and reliable indirect procurement outcomes for assigned local categories in alignment with business prioritiesn   Maintain an effective supplier base that supports cost, quality, delivery, risk and compliance expectationsn   Lead transparent and evidence-based sourcing recommendations that achieve best overall value for the companyn   Enable internal stakeholders to obtain suitable goods and services through clear requirement alignment and timely procurement support.n    Safeguard compliant procurement decisions within approved policies, authority levels, contract principles and ethical standardsn   Contribute to supplier performance visibility, cost improvement and continuous improvement of indirect procurement ways of working  To succeed, you will need

• • Education: University degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Relevant procurement or sourcing experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment; indirect procurement experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Practical understanding of supplier selection, negotiation, cost awareness, supplier management, compliance and contract basics.
  • Systems: Working knowledge of common procurement and data tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records and supplier information
  • Competencies: Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, ownership, integrity, service mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Language: Good English and Chinese communication skills.
