Mission:

It will be your mission to exceed customers’ expectations by managing accurate and healthy

inventory levels and master data to guarantee on time deliveries to our customers. You lead and support improvement projects to reduce stock levels while ensuring high availability.

Job Description:

1. The inventory specialist ensures that spare parts references are released in the system in due time for customers to order when needed. You take ownership of the master data quality so that orders get processed without interruption and can be delivered in time to our customers.
2. You monitor the availability levels daily and adjust inventories for optimal customer satisfaction and achieve highest operational efficiencies. The inventory specialist pro-actively follows up inventory trends and takes corrective actions when needed to keep a healthy stock and avoid items to become non-moving.
3. You will be the key user of the Global Inventory Management (GIM) tool /also be the backup of master data steward
4. This position is attractive for its wide variety of contacts with the Customer Centers, Product Companies and other departments in the Distribution Centre, as well as for the opportunity to practice your project management skills within an international business environment. Hence it is considered a great way to develop your professional career in the company.
5. Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager.

Requirement:

1. The ideal candidate has a few years’ experience in logistics with a university or college degree.
2. A proven track record in successfully running projects is an asset.
3. Have an affinity for courteous and patient relations with customers
4. Good computer skills (MS Excel), preferably with experience of SAP,Power BI.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate on various levels
6. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
7. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
