Main responsibilities:

1. Customer information creation and maintenance in system

2. Regular review order fulfillment and keep customer informed with delivery status

3. Daily contact with customer for order entry problem solving, lead time request, product availability, complain etc.

4. Credit checking for indent sales, order special requirements check and track the process.

• To arrange the purchasing planning daily according to order situation
• To provide the forecast information to supplier in time and keep updated
• To follow purchasing orders
• According to customer require to change the purchasing plan. 

5. To provide the material delivery information for supplier evaluation

• To be responsible for inventory control due to order cancellation
• Follow up the DN procedure.
• Arrange packing plan based on customer requirements

6. Coordinate with planning and production to arrange delivery plan base on customer requirements

Main requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, 2 years production planning or purchase working experience
2. Good in English and general software.
3. Strong self-motivated and responsibility.

1. 系统客户信息的创建和维护

2. 定期检查订单执行情况，及时通知客户交货情况

3.日常与客户联系，解决订单录入问题，交货时间要求，产品可用性，投诉等。

4. 对订单销售进行信用审核，对订单特殊要求进行审核和跟踪。

•根据订单情况安排日常采购计划

•及时向供应商提供预测信息并保持更新

•执行采购订单

•根据客户要求更改采购计划。

5. 为供应商评估提供物料交付信息

•负责因订单取消导致的库存控制

•跟进DN流程。

•根据客户要求安排包装计划

6. 根据客户要求，与计划和生产部门协调安排交货计划

7.其它工作安排

岗位任职能力与资格要求：

1.本科学历，2年以上生产计划或采购工作经验

2.良好的英语能力和MS软件的使用能力

3.有很强的上进心和责任感。
