Senior Project Engineer

You are responsible for full project management (Integration / Scope / Time / Cost / Quality / Human Resource / Communication / Risk / Procurement) of non-standard AIF equipment and in accordance with the requirements of all stakeholders, from first receipt of an RFQ down till the project closure.
Your tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Attend project handover meeting with Application engineer, and ensure project scope same as customer requirement/needs.
· Build up project team and take lead on project kick off meeting, publish official project schedule.
· Provides for / coordinates the processing of the project in iC3, BPCS / POLS and dispatch.
· Participates in meetings with customers, inspection agencies and Systems / Customer Centers (packaging centers) if required.
· Reports project status including documents status and red flags regularly.

· Handle change request (VTO) from customer center or end customer in correct way, including evaluate the impact to cost and delivery date.
· Has an eye for the safety and quality of the products.
· Initiates / plans / executes / monitors & controls / closes project processes.
· Consults with Systems / Customer centers to carry out the work and determine the most efficient approach to execute the order.
· Maintain good relationships with other Engineered Solution entities / Customer centers.
· Supports Systems / Customer centers where necessary.
· Willing to travel abroad, mainly on kick off meeting, limited in duration and number.
Internally you have contact with production methods, procurement, testing, marketing, AIF design department, production，shipping, finance.

Your external contacts include suppliers, Airtec / Wuxtec Engineering, GECIA, Systems centers, Engineering contractors, customer centers, customers, inspection agencies, Service.

Experience requirements:

· Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English.

· Knowledge of project management professional.

· Smooth with IT tools such as BPCS, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word...

· Experience with international contractors and Oil & Gas segment is a plus.

· Wide knowledge of Oil-Free Air products is a plus.

· Bachelor or Master degree of Industrial Sciences (Industrial Engineering)
