Sourcing Project Engineer

主要职责:

1.作为项目团队的一部分，负责新项目的开发，在PTM和TCM中代表采购团队，专注于项目成本目标和时间管理。

2.根据商品采购策略选择合适的供应商并分析成本以实现项目成本和时间目标。

3.与Airpower协调项目支持和经验分享。

4.主导采购成本降低和供应链优化项目。跨部门跟进工作。

5.在采购团队中领导数字化项目。

岗位任职能力与资格要求:

1. 两年采购或技术背景工作经验

2. 一年在阿特拉斯·科普柯集团工作经验者优先

3.良好的软件和数据分析能力，如Excel, Word, PPT和PowerBI

4.良好的沟通和谈判能力

5.良好的英语听说读写能力。

Main responsibilities:

1.Part of the project team with new project development, present sourcing team in PTMs and TCMs, focus on project cost target and timing management, 

2.Following commodity sourcing’s strategy to select suitable supplier and analyze the cost to achieve the project cost and timing target. 

3.Coordinate with Airpower (APF) on project supporting and experience sharing.

4.Leading the sourcing cost reduction & supply chain optimization projects. take cross-department follow up role.

5.Leading the digitalization project within sourcing team such as local SCM Dash-board and Power-Bi reports.

Main requirements:

1. 2 years experience as sourcing or technical background

2. 1 years experience within Atlas Copco group will be a plus 

3. Good soft-ware and data analysis skill, such as Excel, Word, PPT and PowerBI

4. Good communication and negotiation slill

5. Good English on both oral and writing.

Atlas Copco Wuxi Compressor is a production center within Atlas Copco Compressor Technique and Construction Technique business areas. It develops and manufactures portable diesel and electric driven compressors and generators, lighting towers and small to medium sized industrial air and oil-free compressors for global market. The production center has two sustainable lean production sites and a state-of-the-art R&D center in Wuxi, China.
