The Role

The mission for Atlas Copco Financial Solutions is to contribute to the Atlas Copco Group's goals by providing best-in-class Financial Solutions to our Stakeholders.

Job Description:

Support Trade Finance and Treasury daily operations in Financial Solutions Asia and Pacific, including collecting required information and prepare reports, following up bank related documents and coordinating between subsidiaries and banks. Responsibilities include:
-    Handle Letter of Credit and Document Presentation including terms review, documents checking and handling, payment collection tracing and reporting

-    Work with banks on trade facility setup and maintenance. Support the subsidiaries on bank guarantee's terms reviewing and risk control. 
-    Handle credit insurance related documents and report

-    Prepare cash flow and cash forecast report. Maintain database and keep proper filing. Assist on the related treasury arrangement in the region
-    Coordinate between the subsidiaries and banks to ensure monthly Netting and other payments on time
-    Support the subsidiaries on the bank documentation,  user access setup to E-banking, coporate card and treasury system

-    Other ad hoc tasks

What we expect of you? 

Experience/Skills/Special requirements

-    Positive work attitude and team work spirit
-    Quick learner and excellent communication skill
-    Finance, Accounting, Economics or related financial background
-    Fluent in English, oral and written
-    Advanced MS Office skills, especially good at Excel and PPT
