Web Innovation Manager

Your mission as Web Innovation Manager is to drive digital growth and customer experience across our global web platforms. You will lead innovation initiatives that improve the end-to-end global customer journey and deliver measurable business impact, with a strong focus on digital revenue growth in China.

• You define and drive the web innovation roadmap (AI, personalization, new capabilities) You own and optimize the full customer journey from discovery to conversion
• You will work with customer centers to develop the digital presence and lead growth in China through localized web initiatives and improvements
• You will lead  data-driven optimization and experimentation (e.g. testing, pilots)
• You will align with e-commerce, marketing, IT, and regional stakeholders
• You deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions across platforms 

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital, web, marketing communications or e-commerce 
• Strong understanding of customer journeys,usability, UX, and conversion optimization
• Proven track record of delivering business impact and revenue growth
• Ability to work across global stakeholders (China experience is a plus)
• Clear communicator with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
• Solid understanding of SEO, GEO and AEO 
• Experience with MS Office, in particular power point and excel
• Self-driven, results oriented, proactive professional
